Cyser is a refreshing cider produced with a blend of bittersweet apples and blossom honey. We've meticulously crafted our recipe, seeking out the finest ingredients and optimising modern fermentation techniques. The result is a crisp, medium-dry honey cider that's bursting with the flavour of the orchard.
Hundreds of years ago cyser was a staple drink in Britain; as a key part of our heritage, we felt it was due a comeback. We are thrilled to pioneer the revival of cyser, bringing it up-to-date for a contemporary audience to discover and enjoy.
We want to see orchards alive with the sound of bees, pollinating apple trees and producing delicious local honey. Cyser represents the fruits of this partnership and each bottle sold helps keep these ecosystems thriving.
We donate 10% of our profits to bee conservation initiatives, led by us.
